Matcha Powder Izu Green (Culinary Grade)
Luxury grade Japanese-style green tea with Jammy-like smoothness. The gyokuro leaf base gives a light bitter finish.
Izu green matcha is culinary grade. Culinary grade matcha is a slightly lower grade of matcha than ceremonial grade matcha. It is designed to be added to lattes, smoothies, baked goods, and other recipes. Culinary grade matcha tends to have a bolder, less nuanced flavor designed to stand up to other ingredients.
Instructions:
Bring filtered or freshly drawn water to a rolling boil and let cool to roughly 82'C. Place approximately half a teaspoon of Matcha in your cup. Infuse with 250ml of water, whisk briskly and enjoy.
