The Samurai green matcha is ceremonial grade. Ceremonial grade matcha is the highest quality grade of matcha. It tends to be slightly more subtle and nuanced than culinary grade matcha, and should be consumed on its own rather than added to lattes and other confections.
Bring filtered or freshly drawn water to a rolling boil and let cool to roughly 82'C. Place approximately half a teaspoon of Matcha in your cup. Infuse with 250ml of water, whisk briskly and enjoy.
