Consignment

Can I consign my products with Kaimana?

We love working with local makers and businesses who wish to consign with Kaimana! We do need to see samples of your product before deciding, send us an email to inquire or drop by our shop and show us.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver online orders within Brunei.

Pick up from our Mabohai Store = Free

Delivery rates & schedule:

KB / Seria = FREE (every Friday)

Brunei-Muara = $5 (every Friday)

Tutong / Temburong = $7 (every Friday)

Rush Delivery Brunei-Muara = $7

Rush Delivery KB / Tutong / Temburong = Not available but can be discussed.

Free Delivery for orders above $50.

Do you ship?

Sorry, we currently do not offer shipping within Brunei or internationally at this moment.

You can shop with us online for delivery within Brunei or pick up in our store.

Exchange & Returns

I ordered the wrong thing, can I exchange?

If you have not used the product, and it is in its original condition with packaging, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You need to come to our store in person to exchange.

Sorry we cannot accept returns on food items, or personal hygiene items.

Can I return a purchase?

If a purchase is no longer suitable for you, and it is still in new condition and with original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. You need to come to our store in person to return.

Online Orders

Out of stock?

If the product you want is out of stock, check in with our team. Sometimes we might have stock in our store or we can add you to our waitlist and send you a message when the item you want is back in stock.

Do you stock [product name]?

If you can't find a product in our shop that you would really like us to carry then send us a WhatsApp or email to let us know!

Can I change / cancel my order?

Things change, we get it. If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us by WhatsApp.

How do I pay?

We will contact you by WhatsApp during our store opening hours and provide you with our bank transfer details. We accept bank transfer by BIBD or Baiduri. We also can accept credit card payment by Pocket. Or you can come in person to our store to pay by cash or card.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do! If you are a business email us at kaimanabrunei@gmail.com to inquire about wholesale prices.

How do I qualify for wholesale?

We would need to see that you are an established business - you do not need to be registered if it is a personal business (we support side hustles!) but we do need to see that your business is valid. Email us to inquire and include your website link and social media accounts if available.

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes if you would like to order products from us in larger quantities we can offer bulk discount. Contact us by WhatsApp or email to inquire.

Workshops & Speaking

Do you host workshops?

Yes! We host workshops related to low waste living, sustainability and DIY such as making lip balm, body butter, beeswax wraps, etc.

Can you come to my company and teach a workshop?

Yes we'd be happy to come to your company to speak more about low waste living and teach workshops that can also be team building exercises.
