A pumice stone is a light, porous volcanic rock commonly used for exfoliating and removing dead skin, especially on the feet. Its natural abrasiveness makes it effective for smoothing rough areas like heels, calluses, and elbows, leaving skin soft and refreshed.

How to Use a Pumice Stone:

1. Soak your skin – Soften the skin by soaking your feet or the targeted area in warm, soapy water for 5–10 minutes. You can also soak the pumice stone.

2. Gently rub – Wet the pumice stone and gently rub it in circular motions over rough or callused skin. Don’t press too hard—let the stone do the work.

3. Rinse and repeat – Rinse your skin and the stone occasionally to remove dead skin. Continue until the skin feels smoother.

4. Moisturize – Pat your skin dry and apply a moisturizer to keep it soft and hydrated.

5. Clean the stone – Rinse the pumice stone thoroughly after use and let it dry to prevent bacteria buildup.

Tip: Use 2–3 times a week, not daily, to avoid skin irritation.
